Nenjukulley, as the song is titled, will be played for audiences worldwide for the first time ever. With the mellifluous melange of notes, watch A. R. Rahman play out the first song of the much-awaited Mani Ratnam magnum opus, Kadal!

Watch out for Nenjukulley! where you will hear the sound of Kadal for the first time, on MTV Unplugged this Saturday, the 3rd of November’2012, 8pm!”

Nenjukulley song lyrics penned by Madhan Karky. Kadal marks the debut of Gautham, the son of actor Karthik, and Tulasi Nair, the daughter of actress Radha. Arjun, Arvind Swamy, Ponvannan, Pasupathy, Lakshmi Manchu, Thambi Ramaiah in other roles. Directed by Mani Ratnam. Cinematography by Rajiv Menon and Editing by A.Sreekar Prasad. The audio album will officially hit the stands in November. Meanwhile, the shooting of the film has been completed and the post-production works are in progress.
